Through employment with Essential Breeze Plus, LLC. (herein also described as "The Company"), by contracting to work for The Company, or when receiving services provided by The Company, you consent to the following SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions.

Types of Messages

Essential Breeze Plus uses SMS text-type messages primarily to communicate internally with administrative and field staff. These messages primarily consist of:  

• Scheduling alerts or changes
• Scheduling requests

Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with EBP services.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out

To stop receiving messages at any time, text STOP.

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Consent

Through employment with Essential Breeze Plus, by contracting to work for, or by receiving services provided by The Company, you consent to receive SMS text-type communications from The Company for the purposes listed above.

Client Portal and Website Use

If you use our online client portal or website, we may collect cookies or similar technologies to improve user experience. These tools are not used to access or store PHI without your consent.

Breach Notification

In the event of a breach of your unsecured PHI, The Company will notify you promptly, consistent with HIPAA’s Breach Notification Rule.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When updates occur, the effective date at the top will change, and a copy will be made available upon request and on our website.
